High Protein | Healthy Fats | Easy Breakfast
Meet the coziest autumn breakfast! High in protein and healthy fats, it's a balanced way to start the day.
What You Need:
1/2 cup (50g) oats
1 scoop (25g) Myprotein Pumpkin Spice Whey Isolate
1 tsp cinnamon
1 cup milk
1 tbsp pumpkin puree
sliced almonds (10 whole almonds)
raw shelled pumpkin seeds
crushed dark chocolate
1 tbsp maple syrup
pinch of salt
How to Prepare:
In a microwaveable bowl, mixed oats, cinnamon, and protein powder together.
Next mix in the milk and pumpkin puree.
Microwave for 90 seconds.
Top with your desired toppings - I find sliced almonds, crushed dark chocolate, and pumpkin seeds make a very nice texture. Maple syrup adds a nice sweetness and a pinch of salt is always a good idea!
