Power Up Your Morning Routine with Gingerbread Protein Oats

Meet the coziest winter breakfast! High in protein and healthy fats, it's a balanced way to start the day.


What You Need:

  • 1/2 cup (50g) oats

  • 1 scoop (25g) Myprotein Gingerbread Impact Whey Protein

  • to taste: cinnamon, nutmeg, all spice, cloves, ginger

  • 1 cup milk

  • 1 tbsp flax ground seed

  • 2 tbsp chopped pecans

  • 1 tbsp maple syrup

  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

  • pinch of salt

How to Prepare:

  1. In a microwaveable bowl, mixed oats, spices, and protein powder together.

  2. Next mix in the milk and vanilla extract.

  3. Microwave for 90 seconds.

  4. Mix in half of the maple syrup.

  5. Top with pecans, the rest of the maple syrup, and a dash of salt.
