4-Ingredient Dessert Bites



Not everything needs to be high protein. Sometimes dessert should be just that - DESSERT without the added protein powder or low-calorie substitutes. I love recipes that call for minimal ingredients, time, and effort!



What You Need:

  • 100g chocolate chips

  • 70g raspberries

  • 50g natural crunchy peanut butter

  • 30g roasted + salted peanuts


How to Prepare:

  1. Line a small dish with parchment paper.

  2. Melt the chocolate and spread evenly into dish.

  3. Next add the layer of peanut butter.

  4. Follow up with the raspberries and peanuts. Use a fork to smash them into place.

  5. Freeze for 30 minutes and then ENJOY!

  6. You can store them in the refrigerator for 3 days. Pop into the freezer for 30 minutes before consumption, otherwise the berries might be too juicy.
