Not everything needs to be high protein. Sometimes dessert should be just that - DESSERT without the added protein powder or low-calorie substitutes. I love recipes that call for minimal ingredients, time, and effort!
What You Need:
100g chocolate chips
70g raspberries
50g natural crunchy peanut butter
30g roasted + salted peanuts
How to Prepare:
Line a small dish with parchment paper.
Melt the chocolate and spread evenly into dish.
Next add the layer of peanut butter.
Follow up with the raspberries and peanuts. Use a fork to smash them into place.
Freeze for 30 minutes and then ENJOY!
You can store them in the refrigerator for 3 days. Pop into the freezer for 30 minutes before consumption, otherwise the berries might be too juicy.
