Sweet or Salty Homemade Chips

Who doesn’t love potato chips? The problem is, though, they can be so addicting and incredibly easy to overeat. I mean, does anyone actually eat just one serving? This is exactly why I never buy them.

Here’s my healthy twist on ‘potato chips’ and I must stay, they are pretty dang good. They are phenomenal with either salt or cinnamon depending if you’re craving something sweet or salty.

What You’ll Need:

  • 1 Joseph’s Lavash Bread

  • 0-calorie butter spray

  • ¼ tsp sea salt or ¼ tsp cinnamon

How to Prepare:

  1. Using scissors, cut the bread into chip-sized pieces. I do this by cutting it in half 4 times, and then cutting the pieces diagonally.

  2. Spread out all the pieces on a paper towel. Spray with the butter spray and lightly top with salt or cinnamon. You will likely need to cook the chips in 2 batches.

  3. Transfer to the microwave and cook until crispy (usually 1 minute).

  4. Enjoy!
